Over the years we have invested in all sorts of equipment to ensure the outdoor bootcamp classes remain varied and exciting, working all muscle groups, whilst ensuring you can work safely to your limits.

In addition to the circuits style bootcamp, in this class we set up our obstacle course. A series of obstacles (stations) designed to replicate the race experience whilst still building muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance. Its a favourite - check out our blog for more info!
